Samphire Cargo recently announced the acquisition of ACT Forwarding & Logistics Limited.

Founded in 1986, ACT made a notable impact during the Brexit transition, leveraging its expertise in customs clearance and its strategic location in Dover. It’s nine member team has now integrated with Samphire, combining resources to drive expansion.

The merger is expected to create collaborations that will fuel growth and enhance service offerings to clients across the UK and EU.

Gary Smith-Watson, Managing Director, Samphire Cargo, said:
